**About the role**
- Relevant working experience in Edible Oil QA/QC function
- Strong Analytical background with working experience of sophisticated Instruments like Gas Chromatograph, High Performance Liquid Chromatograph, Spectrophotometer, LC MS/GC MS etc.
- He will be responsible for testing/analysis of Incoming material/ In process/ finished goods, packing materials in line with defined Quality Inspection plan.
- Responsible for timely calibration of lab equipment as defined in calibration schedule.
- Responsible for Online and Finished Goods audit by following defined Quality criteria and timebound quality clearance of product.
- Attend Customer complaint and capable to convince customer on quality matter
- Basic understanding of Root Cause Analysis and CAPA is required.
- Knowledge of basic safety practice in lab is must.
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and basic food safety is must.
- Working experience of SAP system is desirable.
- Capable to work independently, shift handling and good at decision making while doing quality clearance.
- Effective coordination with Internal and External customer in relation to quality matter/issue.
- Should have Knowledge of SAP system, Basic working knowledge of computer/IT.

**Qualification and Experience**
- MSc. Analytical Chemistry/ Organic Chemistry
- Relevant experience in Edible Oils and Fats field ( 2- 5 years)
