**Roles & Responsibilities:

- **

l Custom Clearance Procedures of Import at for Sea & Air Shipment.

l Quoting LCL and FCL FOB, Ex-work and FCA rates to customers.

l Following up bookings with overseas agents.

l Providing cargo status to the Customers.

l Must ensure customer satisfaction is at the highest level& coordinate effectively with all departments.

l Providing arrival status of the cargo, Debit note and IGM details to the Customers.

l Providing Container De-Stuffing information to the Customers.

l Coordination with Customs, CHAs, Shipping Lines, Airlines for Smooth Delivery of Shipments.

l Sound Knowledge of Custom Clearance Procedures of Imports.

l Good communication in English & Hindi.

**Salary**: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
