Responsibilities
- Identify prospects on various digital platforms such as facebook, youtube, instagram etc
- Conduct a needs analysis and determine pain points of such prospects and accordingly explain to them how our platform will speak to those needs.
- Initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to convince them to join our platform.
- The prime goal of this profile is to convince influencers to join our platform.
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

**Required experience and knowledge**
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 1+ work experience as a tele-caller, tele-Marketer or inside sales
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed determined sales targets.
- A proven track record of strong client relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tools Knowledge: Google Drive, Google Sheet, Google Doc, MS Office, CRM Software, Calling software, Auto dialer etc
- Good typing skills

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
