After completing the one year as a Management Trainee, The compensation will depend on the performance rating inclusive all Variable Pay, Fix Components, other benefits, etc.

Please find the below Job Description for the position of Retail Sales field Job:

- Implement and monitor policies to achieve targeted sales, improve market share on a sustainable basis. Provide ongoing technical and sales service to Channel partners & end customers. Identify market trends & opportunities; negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing sales profits.
- Educate Dealers to sell high value / High Margin / new products to improve Sales
- Turnover. " Facilitate ZDs /Ads / Dealers to achieve their sales targets, FGIs, QGIs, etc.
- "Prepare and maintain Dealer master and Panel.
- " Participate in local level fairs /exhibitions alone with ZD / Dealers.
- " Approach Institutions / Bulk buyers / Search for prospective end customers.

Eligibility Criteria
- 1. Students should have 60 percent marks throughout.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication.

3. Should be presentable.

4. Should have good basic knowledge of Subjects studied.

**Job Type**: Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
