Dairy Technologist

**Responsibilities**:
As an Officer in the dairy industry, you will be responsible for the following:

- Overseeing and coordinating the production activities within the designated shift
- Lead and supervise a team of production workers, monitoring processes, and resolving any operational issues that arise during your shift
- Collaborate with the production manager and other shift to create production schedules and allocate resources effectively
- Implement quality control measures to maintain product standards, inspecting products at various stages of the production process, and addressing any quality issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, and sanitation standards, to maintain a safe and clean work environment

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience working in the dairy industry is essential, preferably in a production or manufacturing role
- Strong knowledge of dairy production processes, equipment, and quality standards
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in a fast-paced production environment
- Sound understanding of safety regulations, hygiene practices, and quality control procedures
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts

Pay: ₹14,517.41 - ₹27,982.73 per month
