**About the Visual Art Teacher role**

Ahmedabad International School is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic educator for IB Primary Year Program.

Specific responsibilities
- Designing and planning the execution of the Visual Arts Curriculum in collaboration with the visual arts team
- Plan and deliver engaging art lessons that cater to the diverse needs and interests of students.
- Teach fundamental principles and techniques of visual art, including but not limited to drawing, painting, sculpture etc.
- Encourage experimentation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through art projects and assignments.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience of working with learners between the ages of 6 to 16yrs
- Great communication skills (English) - both verbal and written
