**About the Role**:
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic English & Critical Reasoning faculty to join our full-time team. You will play a key role in shaping the success of our students by:

- **Delivering engaging and effective classes**:

- Develop and deliver dynamic lectures on English grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and critical reasoning techniques.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and keep students motivated.
- **Content Development**:

- Create original and relevant study materials, including practice questions, worksheets, and mock tests.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and syllabus revisions.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide individual guidance and support to students during doubt-clearing sessions.
- Monitor individual progress and offer personalized feedback.
- **Contribute to the Team**:

- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and maintain a consistent learning experience.
- Participate in department meetings and discussions.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in English Language or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in CLAT, IPMAT, or similar competitive exams.
- Proven success in helping students achieve top scores.
- Excellent command of English language (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging and informative presentations.
- Adept at building rapport and creating a positive learning environment.
- Experience in GMAT, CAT, CLAT, or IPMAT as previous teaching experience will be highly preferred.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
