We are seeking a dynamic English and Soft skill Trainer to join our team. As an English and Soft skill Trainer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the language proficiency and interpersonal skills of our students. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs that focus on English language proficiency and essential soft skills, fostering personal and professional growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop comprehensive training curriculum for English language proficiency and soft skills development.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, resources, and activities to support effective learning.
- Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars on English language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, writing, and speaking.
- Deliver training on essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and leadership.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement to participants.
- Work closely with other trainers, instructional designers, and relevant departments to align training programs with organizational goals and needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an English language and soft skill trainer, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
- Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive training content.
- Certification in English language (e.g., IELTS) and/or soft skills training is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
