Mental Health Professionals / Psychologist

**Mode-** Hybrid

**Qualification -** Graduation in Psychology and Masters in Psychology are must.

**Profile**:
It's a full-time position

It is a multidimensional role that will involve all various aspects of company building. It will include contributing to corporate client meetings, coordination for services, scheduling and conducting assessments, organising events, conceptualising new services, planning services based on the needs of the client along with core clinical responsibilities like holding counselling sessions, workshops etc.

Please note that training and support will be provided in all the areas of work. Especially clinical sessions like counselling, workshops or training will require completion of the training program and meeting necessary quality standards, which may require upto 3 months.

At Manah we majorly work with 3 different areas

1- Core clinical area
- Conducting 1-1, group counselling sessions including webinars, workshops, etc
- Maintaining records and submitting reports as needed for quality and other purposes
- Research and create engaging content for webinars, workshops, trainings etc
- Ensure high quality of services through adherence to and revision of processes, engaging in supervision and training

2- CDM (Client Engagement & delivery management)
- Develop comprehensive engagement plans tailored to meet clients' specific objectives and expectations
- Ensure delivery of programs according to the plan
- Create and gather resources necessary for effective client engagements
- Develop a deep understanding of the client organisation, the sector, the culture, the employees to ensure ensuring high-quality and impactful interactions
- Maintain regular communication with clients to address their queries and concerns

3- The 3rd area of work is usually decided based on current scope, your interest and aptitude. Here are a few examples.
- Content based on mental health
- Training and development
- Mental health and wellbeing based products
- Group sessions and engagements
- Sensitization programs on mental health or suicide prevention
