**Roles and Responsibilities for Furniture/ Interior / Architecture Draughtsman**

1. Site Measurements, Site photos and technical analysis of the site for the site execution.

2. B.O.Q & B.O.M of the materials required.

3. Inspection of the Site.

4. Daily tasks given by Team leader has to be completed by given time line.

5. Person working on the project and drawings, he/ she will be responsible for coordinating with the site team for measurement and services related All the drawings to be saved in specified folders so that it's easy for everyone to co-ordinate.

6. Design Team Leader will explain the sketches once, and drawings will be issued after sign off by Team leader only.

7. Rectification and rework will not be accepted more than twice, you are required to Clarify all your doubts and take notes beforehand.

**Essential Skill Set Required**

Should be able to efficiently produce Architectural/ Interior and Furniture Production drawings
- AutoCAD - should be able to work in x-Ref and Layouts in Layers.
- Excel
- MS POWER POINT

**Basic ethics of the office working**
- 9.30AM - 6PM are usual working hours
- 6 days a week working
- 10 Gazette holidays and 20 PLs after probation period is over.
- Salary will be released between 10th - 14th of every month.
- Without informing if anyone is taking leave for a day, salary will be deducted for two days salary or so on.

NOTE: If any of the above-mentioned conditions are not filled duly, Team Leader have the right to give you notice, then management will take action on it.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Delhi - 110052, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
