**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage manpower contracts Employees.
- Ensure all workers are adhering to contract terms, schedules, and safety regulations.
- Monitor daily attendance and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and safety standards are maintained.
- Resolve any issues related to manpower, and address employee grievances in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports related to manpower operations and contract progress.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school or diploma or Any Degree
- Proven experience in managing contract-based manpower operations or a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and safety regulations.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle conflict and work under pressure.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time role with work hours from 08.00 Am to 19.00 Pm.
