Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Endodontic Procedures
Scaling and Polishing: Perform professional cleaning treatments to remove plaque and tartar, ensuring healthy teeth and gums.
Composite Fillings: Provide tooth-colored fillings to restore cavities and improve the appearance of teeth.
Teeth Whitening: Administer in-office or at-home teeth whitening treatments to enhance the natural brightness of patients' smiles.
Restorative Dental Procedures: Perform tooth restoration, dental surgeries, and cosmetic enhancements to ensure long-term dental health and aesthetics.
Patient Education & Consultation : Guide patients through available treatment options, ensuring they understand the procedures and feel comfortable throughout the process.
Post-Treatment Care: Provide follow-up care, monitor recovery, and address any concerns to ensure the best outcomes.
Maintain Hygiene Standards: Follow strict sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for all patients.
Explain treatment options and procedures to patients in a clear and empathetic manner.
Ensure pain-free, comfortable experiences for patients during and after procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
MDS in Endodontics from a recognized institution.
10+ years of experience in clinical endodontics.
Expertise in microscopic endodontics, rotary systems, and digital radiography.
Strong communication skills, with a focus on patient comfort and care.
This role requires a passion for aesthetic dentistry, strong technical skills, and the ability to create a comfortable, caring environment for patients.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
