**Job Description: Service Advisor (Car Dealership)** **Location: Hubli** **Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering** **Experience: Minimum 1 Year**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, discussing their vehicle service requirements and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

**Service Recommendations**: Inspect vehicles and provide accurate service recommendations based on the customer's concerns and the vehicle's condition.

**Estimates and Quotations**: Prepare detailed service estimates and quotations, explaining the scope of work, costs, and expected completion times to customers.

**Service Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring that customer vehicles are serviced in a timely manner.

**Customer Updates**: Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles' service, providing updates on progress and any additional work that may be required.

**Quality Control**: Ensure that all service work is carried out to high-quality standards and that customer feedback is collected and addressed.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate service records, including repair orders, invoices, and customer information.

**Upselling and Cross-Selling**: Identify opportunities for upselling additional services, parts, or accessories that may benefit the customer and the dealership.

**Technical Knowledge**: Stay updated on vehicle specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and industry trends to provide well-informed advice and recommendations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive or car dealership setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using service management software.

**How to Apply**:

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
