**Responsibilities**:
Develop product knowledge, company knowledge.
Provide information on the products and services.
Maintain the prospects sheets and other necessary records.
Assist and handhold the prospective clients throughout the buying process to drive sales.
Answer all the queries, the prospective clients have ,regarding the products and services.
Achieve monthly sales targets and set organizational goals.
Work in collaboration with the team ,
Provide excellent client satisfaction to retain and increase sales.
Manage and supervise the return process of any order.
Adhere to compliance in regards to the factory functionality and appearance.
Manage client’s complaints in an accurate and timely manner.
Get involved and plan out promotional activities.
Suggest ways and devise strategies to improve sales in an effective manner.

Eligibility:
Graduation / Post Graduation.
Demonstrate excellent ability to handle customers in a professional manner.
Ability to gain detailed know-how on the product and services offered.
Ability to maintain a positive environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Great time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Solid organizational and sales skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong work ethic.
A keen eye for detail.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
