**Job Title: US Accounting Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable**

**Position Overview**:
**We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our finance team as a US Accounting Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable. This role will primarily handle the AR and AP functions in compliance with US accounting principles and regulations.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Receivable**:

- **Prepare and send invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.**:

- **Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.**:

- **Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.**:

- **Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.**:

- **Prepare aging reports and analyze AR data for management review.**:

- **Assist with month-end closing procedures related to AR.**

**Accounts Payable**:

- **Review and verify invoices and purchase orders for accuracy.**:

- **Process invoices for payment, including coding and obtaining necessary approvals.**:

- **Maintain AP aging and reconcile vendor statements.**:

- **Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.**:

- **Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve issues promptly.**:

- **Assist with month-end closing procedures related to AP.**

**General Responsibilities**:

- **Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.**:

- **Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required.**:

- **Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.**:

- **Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.**

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role, preferably in a US accounting environment.**:

- **Knowledge of US GAAP and familiarity with relevant accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).**:

- **Strong attention to detail and accuracy.**:

- **Excellent organizational and time management skills.**:

- **Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.**:

- **Effective communication and interpersonal skills.**

**Education and Certifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.**:

- **Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, Certified Accounts Payable Associate) are a plus.**

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
