PPC Supervisor

Position Title: PPC Supervisor

Years of Experience: 2+ Year

Location: Bhopal (M.P.)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Have good knowledge of aerospace materials, components, and equipment, including their handling, storage, and transportation.
- Ensure effective use of resources and coordinate with departments to maximize efficiency (Production Planning & Line Balancing).
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, plan, and release raw materials and consumables.
- Follow up on daily production activities.
- Collect and report daily and monthly production outputs.
- Develop production documents such as process flow charts, work instructions, and checklists.
- Review data packages to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Use SAP/ERP systems and data analytics tools for production-related tasks.
- Conduct daily or weekly follow-ups with vendors and internal departments.
- Maintain and audit reports when needed.
- Possess strong analytical and communication skills.

**Qualifications**:

- A high school diploma, ITI certification, technical certification, or relevant vocational training is required.
- Strong knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to upholding quality standards and delivering exceptional service to clients.
