**Job Title**: Account Assistant

- **Experience**:1 - 2 years**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Support the senior accounting team in various financial projects and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software, with a strong focus on Tally.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Tally accounting software is essential.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
