- Ensure agents have a deep understanding of our insurance products and their benefits.
- Monitor agent performance against established KPIs and provide regular feedback.
- Ensure agents are adhering to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to agents and clients.
