**Role: Web Marketing Assistant**

**Location: Pune, India**

Perforce develops DevOps tools that improve software quality and security as well as team productivity for several of the world’s leading companies, such as PIXAR, CD Projekt Red, NASA, Verizon, Honda and NVIDIA.

**Position Summary**:
The
**Web Marketing Assistant **plays an essential role in Marketing and works closely with the web marketing team to build, monitor, and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall company’s goals. You will work to enact scalable processes that ensure best practices in web marketing. You will execute on important initiatives while providing documentation on those processes for the web marketing team. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Support marketing campaign execution, including testing web forms to ensure compliance with Perforce processes
- Build and deploy chatbots to support marketing initiatives
- Monitor chatbot performance and provide regular updates
- Assist in routine monthly web marketing reporting, as well as fulfill one-off requests on web performance
- Triage incoming requests related to chatbots and public web feedback, and ensure successful fulfillment of tasks
- Support bigger web initiatives, including website and data migrations
- Make minor website updates as needed
- Help maintain and document web marketing processes

**Experience and Education**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Web Marketing
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and web tools (e.g., chatbots)
- Experience using content management systems (e.g., Drupal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including mastery of Microsoft Excel
- Highly organized individual, able to multi-task and manage demanding projects and deadlines
- Ability to communicate and collaborate across multiple cross-functional teams
- Experience with project management system a plus
- Both a team player and independent worker
