**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website ranking, visibility, and organic traffic.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
- Plan, launch, and manage **Google Ads campaigns** (Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing) to maximize ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like **Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager**.
- Optimize ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages for lead generation and conversions.
- Collaborate with the content and design team to develop SEO-friendly content and marketing assets.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for growth marketing experiments (A/B testing, funnels, retargeting campaigns).
- Work closely with the sales team to generate quality leads and support overall business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- **2+ years of hands-on experience** in SEO and Google Ads campaign management.
- Proven track record of driving traffic, leads, and conversions through SEO & paid ads.
- Strong knowledge of **Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.**:

- Excellent understanding of **CPC, CPA, CTR, Quality Score, ROAS, and Conversion Tracking.**:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
- Good communication skills and a growth-oriented mindset.

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**
- Experience with **Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)** and LinkedIn Ads.
- Knowledge of content marketing and copywriting.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM integration.
