**Job description**
Behal International is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Office Executive** to join our team and support day-to-day office functions, documentation, and operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and manage **export documentation**.
- Handle **data maintenance** and reporting tasks.
- Manage and update **e-commerce portals**.
- Carry out various **administrative activities** of the establishment.
- Review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures.
- Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Delegate work to office support staff as required.
**Requirements**:
- **Educational Qualification**: Post Graduate in Computer Applications.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficient in **MS Office**, especially **Advanced Excel**.
- Strong computer handling skills.
**Experience**:
- Prior experience in **Import-Export** or **E-commerce Portal Handling** will be preferred.
- **Language Skills**: Good command over **English (spoken & written)**.
**Other Information**
- **Work Location**: Behal International, Garden Enclave, Near Golden Gate, Amritsar.
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
**Job Type**: Full-time (On-site)
**Office Timing**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
