**Join us as**Indian Manufacturing Business Finance Analyst who will partner with various stakeholder within Manufacturing sites, drive budgeting process and consolidate to APAC business finance lead (based in China). You will drive excellence through this role and support business leaders in driving decisions.

**Welcome to**Business Finance team based out of Paltaganga supporting APAC Business Finance lead, you will be part of global Business Finance team.

**In this role you’ll make an impact by**:

- Ensuring you are one point of contact for Line of Business ( Director / managers ) whom you will partner with and drive manufacturing sites budgeting planning, analysis, forecast, and control
- Collaborate with APAC Business finance lead and drive Business Review Meetings to provide consolidated view of forecasts for the Manufacturing Indian sites
- Support the Annual budget process by collaborating with Line of Business to build the anchor budget package, consolidate to APAC Business Finance lead for VP / EVP approval
- Participation in projects and initiatives undertaken by the team to improve effectiveness and efficiency of various processes
- Delivering accurate forecasts, powerful business analysis and insight, timely and valuable reporting on performance
- Proactively support various data driven management decisions through quantitative analytics, sharp communication and alignment with various stakeholders
- Partnering with Line of Business for each site production monitor, including process order variance, scrap, yield performance improvement, and special production order status etc. from finance perspective.
- Follow up on major CAPEX projects from finance perspective and do the needful calculation and analysis

**To succeed**:

- You hold a master’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration, OR any equivalent degree (CA/ICWA) and have a minimum of 4 - 6 years of multi-national experience within Business Finance or an analytical function
- You should possess strong attention to detail while maintaining the overview and have a sense of urgency and flexibility
- Practical experience on financial management reporting and annual budgeting, preferred used to have production site budgeting and cost accounting experience
- Should be able to work independently and is responsible and able to deliver accurately and timely
- You possess strong communication skills and are a good team player
- You are positive, embracing change and being innovative in finding new perspectives. With many contacts in the position, it is important you build sustainable relationships, engage others, partnering and communicate with impact
- You are result driven and appreciate working on multiple tasks at a time
- You approach challenges in a structured and analytical way - you can work detailed but still communicate the holistic picture clearly
- Should possess strong knowledge in MS office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge in SAP/ERP/BI tools preferred
