As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance online visibility for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize website content, conduct keyword research, and analyze performance metrics to achieve desired results.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**SEO Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for client websites.
- Conduct keyword research to identify valuable search terms and opportunities for optimization.
- Analyze website performance metrics and user behavior data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

**On-Page and Off-Page Optimization**:

- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and internal linking, to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
- Build and manage backlink profiles to enhance domain authority and credibility.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development.

**Technical SEO Audits**:

- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and address website issues affecting search performance, such as crawl errors, site speed, and mobile-friendliness.
- Implement technical SEO recommendations to improve website structure, indexation, and crawlability.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Provide regular reports and insights on SEO performance to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in SEO campaigns.

**Stay Updated with Industry Trends**:

- Stay informed about search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, and best practices in SEO.
- Continuously update skills and knowledge through training, certifications, and industry publications.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Google Analytics or SEO certification is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
