Architect,sap Mdg Configurator

Overview:
Architect SAP MDG Configurator for PGT North America, EAA (Europe, AMESA & APAC) Sector PGT Program across Europe, AMESA, APAC sectors is 4+-Year, Multi-Workstream, Multi-Vendor Program with a total spend $600 Million based on amount approved by Board of Directors and latest ESP forecast made in 2021. This is a major transformation project to implement harmonized and simplified business processes enabled by an integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system utilizing SAP S/4 HANA business suite. The project will replace legacy solutions across these markets and will implement the PGT solution for Record to Report (RTR), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Order to Cash (OTC), Purchase to Pay (PTP), Make to Deploy (MTD), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Forecast to Schedule (FTS), Master data Maintenance & Governance (MDG) and Trade Promotional Management (TPM)

Objectives:
This role supports the global alignment and deployment of MDG for the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT). Specific deliverables of the role is to implement, enhance and roll-out to the sectors
- Consolidation and Mass Processing (CMP) and other mass processing options
- SAP Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP), enhancement design, KT and troubleshooting
- DRFIMG/MDGIMG configuration including MDG replication setup and troubleshooting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with Global Process, IT Functional and Technical teams to support MDG configurations for the PepsiCo Global Template MDG end-to-end solution, including understanding impacts to existing PepsiCo global master data business process solutions already in place, and offering alternatives for flexibility, optimization, simplification and reuse in Functional Design Documents. (Decide/Execute)
- Develop test plans and thoroughly test MDG changes (code and config) Decide/Execute
- Roll-out enhancements to CMP environment
- Compose, maintain and review documentation (CRF, CSD, CRF) in SolMan. Execute
- Assess, identify options and resolve complex issues. address/troubleshoot issues by engaging appropriate teams and ensure timely error resolution.. Decide
- Liaises with Global Data Governance team, to ensure that Data processes, data and information standards, and service levels meet project business requirements and expectations. /Execute
- Ensure Global Template data standards are implemented and where needed facilitate exceptions management.
- Adhere to Agile Methodology delivery with project schedules and deadlines.
- Support data teams in order to train, document and transfer knowledge across all business functions and levels /Execute

Qualifications:
**YEARS OF EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum 10 years in IT in ERP transformation programs in Data Management area with at least 8 years in SAP (MDG experience Preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, math or engineering required

**MANDATORY TECH SKILLS**:

- In depth knowledge of at least 2 SAP Master data domains (Material, Customer, Supplier, Finance)
- Experience designing, testing, troubleshooting and/or developing SAP workflows.
- Experience with SAP Consolidation and Mass Processing (CMP)
- Consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments (including at a global or corporation-wide level)

**MANDATORY NON TECH SKILLS**:

- Effective oral and written skills to communicate complex ideas and concepts, and provide clear documentation to the management and executive leadership, and across multiple geographies
- Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements, Technical Cutovers and go-lives.
