**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Metallurgical Analysis**: Conduct detailed analysis of metals and alloys to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards.
- **Process Optimization**: Develop and implement processes to improve metal quality, reduce defects, and enhance overall production efficiency.
- **Material Testing**: Perform tests on raw materials and finished products, including hardness, tensile strength, and microstructural analysis.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve issues related to metallurgical processes, including defects and production inconsistencies.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of tests, analyses, and process improvements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with production teams to ensure metallurgical processes align with manufacturing requirements and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in metallurgical testing and analysis techniques.
- Strong understanding of metal properties and alloy behavior.
- Experience with process optimization and quality control in foundry operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
