- Provide counselling to inquiries about our courses, offering personalized guidance and support.
- Act as a helpful and responsive helpdesk for existing learners, providing assistance as needed.
- Handle fees follow-ups and ensure timely payments from students.
- Proactively generate and grow new business opportunities through effective communication and networking.
- Take charge of day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of administrative tasks.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to convey information effectively and build rapport with stakeholders.
- Handle queries promptly and professionally, offering solutions and support as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
