We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic **Staff Nurse** to join our Mobile Medical Van team. The nurse will assist the doctor in daily consultations, perform basic procedures, manage medication distribution, and help educate the community on preventive health practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the MBBS doctor during patient consultations and treatments.
- Measure and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, etc.).
- Administer injections, vaccinations, and dressings as required.
- Maintain patient records, OPD logs, and medication inventories.
- Ensure the Mobile Van is stocked, clean, and equipped with basic medical supplies.
- Conduct health education and awareness sessions on hygiene, nutrition, and maternal-child health.
- Provide first-aid and emergency care during field visits.
- Follow standard medical and hygiene protocols.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- **ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing** from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration certificate (MNC or INC).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical/community settings preferred.
- Good communication skills in Marathi and/or Hindi.
- Commitment to community health and willingness to work in field settings.
- Basic knowledge of maternal, child, and adolescent health issues.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in mobile clinics, health camps, or outreach programs.
- Ability to use digital devices for patient data entry (training can be provided).

**Work Schedule**:

- 6 days/week
- 8 hours
