**Experience**: 3-4 years full-time teaching/training experience in the concerned domain in a reputed organization. Should have at least 1-2 years production experience in web development.

**Qualification**: Post-Graduation in English literature

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Create lesson plans/curriculum for English / Communication Training for the students.
- Create lesson plans/curriculum for English / Communication Training for the students.
- Facilitates day-to-day classes to assist students in gaining English knowledge and communication skills.
- Constantly monitors and updates the quality of training and curriculum from time to time.
- Track student progress and give them feedback.
- Groom and prepare students for employment in the Healthcare sector.
- Create and conduct assessments and extra classes for weaker students.
- Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
- Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide inspiration, motivation by setting a personal example.
- Prepare the Trainer’s Roaster and maintain records in ERP.
- Coordinate and assist with the OJT / Placements team.
- Any other administrative task assigned by HOD Academics/Project Manager.
- Any other academic task assigned by Project Manager.

- Excellent command on English language.
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools. Willing to learn and adopt new skills.
- Flexible in handling multiple tasks.
- Good reasoning and analytical skills.
