3. Overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of databases.
4. Performance Tuning. Hands on management of databases and associated tool sets
5. Identify and schedule maintenance events as required
6. Audit and remediation of discrepancies from best practices and industry standards
7. Knowledge of other Non-SQL DB like MongoDB, Couchbase will be added advantage
