**Job Summary**:
As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how users interact with our AI-powered products. You'll turn complex data and machine learning outcomes into clean, accessible, and user-friendly experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to conceptualize, design, and iterate on features that make artificial intelligence feel approachable and trustworthy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Translate abstract concepts and AI model outputs into clear, understandable user experiences.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand technical constraints and opportunities.
- Design for data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, and visualizations in a way that’s both functional and delightful.
- Ensure designs follow accessibility and inclusive design standards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 0-4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (startup or tech-focused environment preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across web and/or mobile products.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with AI or data-driven products is a strong plus.
- Ability to work in a lean, agile environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience working with developers to implement designs (basic HTML/CSS/React knowledge a plus).
- Understanding of designing for trust in AI systems (transparency, interpretability, explainability).
- Interest in human-computer interaction, behavioral design, or ethical AI.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
