**Job Summary**:
The Operations Executive will oversee daily e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of orders, logistics, and inventory management. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments such as logistics, customer service, and vendors to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**:

- Monitor and manage incoming orders from various e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure accurate order processing, packing, and dispatching.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Keep track of inventory levels and coordinate restocking with the procurement team.
- Ensure all SKUs are updated and available on e-commerce platforms.
- Conduct regular stock audits to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Liaise with delivery partners for timely pickup and delivery of products.
- Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delays.
- Address and resolve any logistics-related issues promptly.
- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Maintain communication with suppliers and vendors for product availability and restocking.
- Ensure products meet the company’s quality and delivery standards.
- **Customer Support Coordination**:

- Work with the customer service team to resolve any order-related queries or complaints.
- Ensure that customer issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Generate reports on key operational metrics such as order volumes, delivery times, and inventory levels.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify bottlenecks in the order fulfillment process and suggest improvements.
- Implement new processes to improve speed, efficiency, and accuracy of e-commerce operations.
- **Compliance and Quality Control**:

- Ensure all operations comply with company policies and external regulations.
- Maintain a high standard of quality control for all products and services.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **2-4 years** of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and order management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
