Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- maintain, and troubleshoot pneumatic systems used in the lighter manufacturing process.
- Manage and service electrical panels, sensors, and automation systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and pneumatic faults in production machines.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with production teams to improve line efficiency.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and document all technical activities.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety and machine standards.
- Propose and implement energy-efficient and cost-saving engineering solutions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or mechanical ,pneumatic Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of pneumatic systems, sensors, solenoid valves, and actuators.
- Hands-on experience in machine wiring, control panels, and PLC interfacing (basic level).
- Familiarity with production automation and assembly line optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Experience in lighter or FMCG manufacturing setups is a plus.
