**Position Summary**:
As a Sales Representative at Costera Outdoors, you will be responsible for showcasing our exquisite outdoor furniture collections to potential customers, building lasting relationships, and driving sales. Your role will involve guiding customers through the selection process, providing expert advice, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers in understanding the features and benefits of our luxury outdoor furniture collections.
- Listen to customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable products that align with their lifestyle and taste.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about the features, materials, and design elements of our outdoor furniture collections.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- **Sales Process**:
- Effectively communicate product pricing, features, and benefits to customers.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets by employing effective sales techniques.
- Follow up with potential customers and provide post-sale support as needed.
- **Showroom Maintenance**:
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with the showroom team to arrange furniture displays and create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in furniture or home decor.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong passion for outdoor living and luxury lifestyle products.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
**Education**:
A high school diploma is required. Additional qualifications in sales or related fields are a plus.
**Salary**: ₹21,530.00 - ₹44,111.53 per month
