Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Detailing and Documentation: Produce detailed 2D drawings, plans, elevations, and sections for interior spaces, ensuring accuracy and precision in measurements, materials, and finishes.

Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate conceptual designs into detailed drawings and plans.

Material Selection: Assist in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings based on project specifications, functionality, and aesthetic considerations.

Code Compliance: Ensure that all designs and drawings comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of drawings and plans to identify and resolve any errors or inconsistencies.

Communication: Effectively communicate design concepts, detailing decisions, and technical information to team members, clients, and contractors.

Documentation Management: Maintain organized documentation of all drawings, plans, revisions, and project communications to ensure clarity and accountability throughout the design process.

Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools to create and edit detailed drawings and plans efficiently.

Continuing Education: Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in interior design, detailing, and related fields to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design project management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Leadership qualities with a proven track record of team management and development.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹96,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
