**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain student progress reports and participate in **Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)**.
- Support students with **remedial classes** or extra guidance when needed.
- Foster a **positive and inclusive classroom culture**, promoting respect and cooperation.
- Participate in **school events, workshops, training sessions, and academic reviews**.
- **Required Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree in English / Literature / Education** or equivalent.
- **B.Ed. (mandatory)** from a recognized institution (CBSE-compliant).
- Minimum **2 years of teaching experience** in primary classes (Grades 3-5) in a CBSE school.
- Proficient in **English communication** - both spoken and written.

**Preferred Qualifications/Certifications**:

- **TET/CTET qualified** (preferred).
- **Montessori/Phonics training** is a plus.
- Experience with **Google Classroom, MS Teams, or any Learning Management System (LMS)**.
