**Job Overview**:
A **Market Research Associate** with 3 months to 1 year of experience plays a crucial role in supporting the analysis and interpretation of market data to inform business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Data Collection and Research**:

- Assist in gathering quantitative and qualitative data through methods like surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Conduct secondary research by reviewing reports, articles, and databases.

**2. Data Analysis**:

- Analyze collected data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights using basic statistical techniques.
- Collaborate with senior analysts or researchers to interpret data and present findings effectively.

**3. Report Preparation**:

- Contribute to creating reports, presentations, and infographics to convey research outcomes.
- Summarize findings in a clear, actionable, and stakeholder-friendly manner.

**4. Competitor and Industry Analysis**:

- Support competitive analysis by researching competitors’ strategies, products, and market share.
- Investigate market trends and developments relevant to the organization.

**5. Client Interaction**:

- Assist in presenting research findings to internal teams or clients under senior team guidance.
- Collect feedback on the research process and deliverables.

**6. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams**:

- Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure research insights align with business goals.
- Help in shaping strategies based on market research findings.

**Required Skills**:

- **Research Methods**: Basic knowledge of primary and secondary research techniques.
- **Data Analysis Tools**: Familiarity with Excel, SPSS, Tableau, or similar tools.
- **Attention to Detail**: Precision in data gathering and reporting.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written abilities to share findings effectively.
