**Job Title**: Recruitment Officer
**Location**: Rudrapur

**Experience**: 10+ Years (Preferably Ex-Servicemen in a Similar Industry)

**Educational Qualification**: B.Sc. or B.A. degree; Diploma in Communication & Social Media (preferred)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Talent Acquisition**:

- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Screen and shortlist applicants based on role requirements and organizational fit.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation.
- **Social Media & Communication Management**:

- Manage recruitment campaigns and job postings across social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Develop content that reflects the company’s culture and attracts prospective employees.
- **Database Management & Reporting**:

- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and cost-per-hire, providing regular reports to management.
- Ensure all recruitment data and processes comply with company policies and regulations.
- **Coordination with Internal Teams**:

- Collaborate closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and understand role requirements.
- Coordinate recruitment activities with HR and administrative teams to support seamless onboarding.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: B.Sc. or B.A. degree; Diploma in Communication & Social Media preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 10 years in recruitment or a related field, with a preference for ex-servicemen in the security or manpower industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, social media channels, and branding techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and social media management tools.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple roles and responsibilities simultaneously.
