Check & clean all the fire detectors. Check and rectify the condition of indicators on detector. Check and re-tighten any loose connection. Check, rectification and report for any sparking & heating in the system
Check the physical condition of the cylinder and cleaned the surface. Check the handle, nozzle, pipe and pressure gauge of the extinguisher. Check the stand / hanger of the cylinder. Check the safety pin & releaser
Acknowledge reset the fault indication in fire panel, repeater panel. Check the device is blinking. Check the response indicator. Check the battery voltage. Check and maintaining the temperature of the UPS/ projection room range of 22-25 0C
Visually inspect of equipment for unusual conditions, overheating, etc. Clean the switchboard surface to remove debris and dust. Check lighting, sockets, emergency lighting of cinema. Check and re-tighten any loose bolts and nuts in proper sequence for electrical, mechanical devices. Check earth system connection of the UPS room. Check air filters and cleaning as needed. Check for unusual noise, hum or vibration
Check for proper operation of ammeters, volt meters, power factor meters, indication lamps, over current protection relays and earth fault protection relays if installed. Maintain and Rectify the problem of the entire wash rooms (i.e. w/c cover, sensor, jet spray, soap dispenser, geysers, hand dryers, shower, mixer T roll stand, c-fold dispenser, bottle trap, flash system & looking mirror.)

Checked and rectify the leakage & blockage problem of W/c. Checking of all valves in operational condition.(ensure 100% open)
Checking and maintaining/rectifying kitchen equipments in best operational condition.

Pay: ₹13,151.05 - ₹31,332.40 per month

Schedule:
