Kothamangalam Kochi Kerala, India Ielts with Vidya Academy Full time

Teach IELTS (reading, speaking, writing, and listening) and Cambridge International modules Global Perspective and Research/General Paper
- Manage the class, preparing the scheme of work and lesson plans
- Prepare and conduct lessons according to the course syllabus and scheme of work.
- Deliver lessons and provide the necessary supervision to students as a mentor or train teacher.
- Provide necessary supervision to the students, manage the classroom, and address discipline issues.
- Prepare and mark examination papers and assignments.
- Monitor the performance and progress of each student and provide academic counseling
- Teach students according to their aptitude (Differentiated Teaching)
- Perform Intervention duties: Identify and discuss students' academic and pastoral needs with parents/academic team/student relationships to find a way to help students.
- Attend team meetings and staff development workshop.
- Oversee and advise the assigned non-academic / Co-curricular activities
- Collaborate with the team in curriculum development, appraisal system, and project management.
- Perform any other tasks as may be assigned on an ad-hoc basis as needed
- Achieve assigned key performance indicator target

**SKILL AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Fluency in English language
- Previous experience in teaching IELTS an asset but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
