Production Supervisor (Ayurvedic Medicine)

Job Location: Delhi/Haryana, India

Gender: Male only

Interview Location: CP, New Delhi

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree or equivalent.

**Experience**:
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in an Ayurvedic medicine production preferably in a production unit in Haryana.

Proven track record of supervisory or managerial roles in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or Ayurvedic medicine sector.

Thorough understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory requirements related to Ayurvedic medicine production.

Proficient in production planning, inventory management, and quality control processes.

**Responsibilities**:
Supervise and oversee the production activities in the Ayurvedic medicine manufacturing facility.

Making Product Formulations

Preparing the raw material list needed for the formulation/production

Approving incoming Raw materials

Manufacturing the products according to the formula

Monitoring the Production Process

Preparing product cost based on raw material and manufacturing cost

Handle market complaints and implement corrective action when necessary to resolve issues

Co
- ordinate with plant process and technical personnel to optimize manufacturing processes

Handling the manpower & work arrangement

Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.

Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure uninterrupted production.

Coordinate with quality control and assurance teams to maintain product quality and resolve any quality-related issues.

Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and productivity.

Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Maintain documentation and records related to production activities as per regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, maintenance, and logistics to achieve production goals.

Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with audit findings.
