**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the MIS all the entities. Finalizing the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual P&L and Balance Sheet of the company.
- Responsible for consolidation financial Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Income Statement and year end variance analysis of Actual vs Budget.
- Responsible for Accounts Payable reconciliation, Invoice Booking, Payment and Payroll Tax in Quick Books (QB)
- Responsible for all the Bank Reconciliation Statement, AR Collection reconciliation, AP reconciliations, General Ledger reconciliations and other Audit Schedules reconciliations.
- Prepare & Review the GST return data and produce to the Consultant for filing purpose
- Good exposure of Internal Audit of Pvt Ltd Companies
- Dealing with the auditors for GST audit both internal as well as external auditors.
- Dealing with the auditors (Internal &Statutory), managing statutory compliances and Laisoning with the authorities like GST, TDS, Income Tax, Service Tax,VAT etc. for the company.
