**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring timely and accurate test results.
- Supervise and guide lab technicians, phlebotomists, and other lab staff.
- Maintain quality control, safety standards, and compliance with NABL/ISO protocols.
- Review and verify test reports before release.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Manage inventory of reagents, consumables, and lab supplies.
- Implement SOPs and ensure adherence to infection control practices.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for efficient workflow.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to hospital management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc MLT / M.Sc MLT) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 years in a supervisory/lead role.
- Strong knowledge of biochemistry, microbiology, hematology, and pathology procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with NABH/ISO accreditation processes will be an added advantage.
