Presales Executive

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand client requirements, budget, and timelines.
- Prepare and present **quotations, proposals, mood boards, and presentations** to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads to answer queries, clarify doubts, and convert them into projects.
- Maintain a **CRM / lead tracker** to document all client interactions and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and improve the presales process.
- Attend client meetings (online/offline) and provide professional representation of Belaku Interiors.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; design/architecture background is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making presentations and handling client objections.
- Knowledge of interior design trends and basic understanding of materials/finishes.
- Experience with **CRM tools** or Microsoft Excel for lead tracking.
- Proactive, organized, and target-driven.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Pre-sales Executive: 1 year (preferred)
