**About the Job**
We are looking for a Benefits Administrator who will provide day to day implementation and administration of benefit programs in North America which may include open enrollment, cancellations, changes in salary, follow-ups for employees on leave of absence, and other critical employment services for our US and Canadian locations.
**As Benefits Administrator (North America), You Will**
- Review error reports from carrier connect files
- Manage the 401K program
- Be responsible for monthly benefit invoice reconciliations
- Prepare national medical support notices
- Assist with the annual open enrollment
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
**As Benefits Administrator (North America), You Have**
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in benefit administration in a employer setting
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Above average technical ability using MS Office and Google Suite products
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Superior attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to complete work in a timely manner
