The Civil Supervisor will supervise construction site and the construction team. Ordering building supplies and scheduling equipment maintenance as needed. Willingness to relocate to construction site locations is expected.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the civil works for the construction of various infrastructure such as Roads, Platforms, Foundations, Drainages etc.,
- Supervise testing and quality activities to ensure compliance with applicable procedures and standards.
- Preparation of reports: Daily, Weekly and Monthly
- Reports with the monitoring of the different activities as required.
- Engineering follow-up and on-site updates of all engineering documentation, keeping emphasis on updating IFC (issued for construction) documentation to ensure that work is up to date.
- Ensure that construction is completed in accordance with approved site layout and approved design drawings.
- Enlightening site workers on construction safety regulations and guidelines and accident protocol.
- Preparing material, equipment and labor cost estimates and confirming costs are within the budget.

**Required Qualification & Experience**:

- Minimum Qualification: A recognized three-year's Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of three years' experience in Civil Engineering construction domain.

**Required Skills.**
- Proven experience working as a site supervisor and excellent knowledge of the industry.
- Proven ability to understand various engineering drawings and implementation accordingly.
- Fine Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced decision
- making, Problem solving, negotiating and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities.
- Willing to work under pressure and ability to multitask effectively.
- Must have a valid driving license.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
