**Key Responsibilities:

- **

**1. Outbound Calling**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our travel packages and services.
- Tailor communication to align with the interests and preferences of prospective travelers.

**2. Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the latest travel destinations, packages, and services offered by the Agency.
- Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our travel offerings.

**3. Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and their preferences.

**4. Customer Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through friendly and informative conversations.
- Address customer inquiries, provide details about travel itineraries, and offer personalized solutions.

**5. Sales Support**:

- Assist in scheduling appointments or follow-ups for the sales team, ensuring a

seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

**6. Follow-Up**:

- Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert potential clients into customers.
- Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.

**7. Quality Assurance**:

- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards in all interactions.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information in the database.

**8. Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

- Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and CRM software.
