**Job Title: Hostel Warden - Male and Female (2 Positions)**

**Salary Range: Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 30,000 per month**

P&C Academy is currently seeking two experienced and dedicated Hostel Wardens who are retired ex-Army personnel, to ensure the well-being and discipline of our Class XI and XII students residing in our hostel. If you possess the skills, leadership, and commitment to mentor and guide young minds, we invite you to be a part of our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Hostel Management**: Responsible for the efficient day-to-day management of the hostel, including student accommodations, safety, and security.
- **Student Discipline**: Enforce hostel rules and maintain a disciplined atmosphere, promoting a conducive environment for academic growth and personal development.
- **Mentorship**: Provide guidance, mentorship, and emotional support to the students, fostering a nurturing and growth-oriented environment.
- **Staff Supervision**: Oversee hostel staff, including housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance personnel, ensuring a seamless experience for students.
- **Emergency Response**: Be prepared to handle emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of students, and coordinating response efforts as necessary.
- **Academic Support**: Encourage and facilitate the students' academic pursuits, assist with study schedules, and provide resources for their educational success.
- **Parent Communication**: Act as a bridge between students, parents, and academy management, addressing concerns and fostering effective communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Retired ex-Army personnel with a strong sense of discipline and leadership.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hostel or dormitory management.
- Ability to relate to and mentor Class XI and XII students effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Availability for duty 24/7 as required.
