**Job Title: Radiologist**

**Location**: Ravet

**Position Type**: Full-Time

**Salary Range**: 30,000 - 35,000 INR per hour per month

**Additional Compensation**: Extra pay for alternate Sundays

**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Morning Shift)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform and interpret a variety of radiological procedures.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during imaging procedures, providing clear instructions and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Review patient medical histories and relevant diagnostic tests to determine appropriate imaging techniques and protocols.
- Operate and maintain radiology equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss patient cases, interpret imaging results, and develop treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to explain imaging procedures, results, and recommended courses of action.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of imaging procedures performed, patient information, and interpretation findings.
- Stay updated on advances in radiology technology, techniques, and best practices through continuing education and professional development activities.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines governing the practice of radiology, including HIPAA regulations and facility policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) in Radiology from a recognized institution.
- Valid state medical license to practice as a Radiologist.
- Board certification or eligibility for certification in Radiology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex medical information to patients and families.
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in radiology practice.
