- Address and resolve customer inquiries via calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate and arrange trucks for deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
- Monitor traffic conditions to optimize delivery schedules and routes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for shipments, including invoices and delivery notes.
- Liaise with drivers to provide instructions and resolve issues during transit.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in **English, Tamil, and Hindi**(verbal ).
- Previous experience in logistics or transportation coordination is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
