Computer Hardware Technician Field

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit client locations for installation, configuration, and repair of hardware systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Perform routine maintenance and health checks on client IT infrastructure.
- Install and troubleshoot operating systems, software, and drivers.
- Provide on-site technical support and customer service.
- Maintain logs of service requests, repairs, and resolutions.
- Ensure timely completion of field assignments and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in basic network setup and cabling as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in hardware troubleshooting and onsite support.
- Good understanding of computer hardware components and peripherals.
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and system software.
- Ability to travel within the city/region for field visits.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Own two-wheeler preferred (with valid license).
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Computer Hardware, Networking, or related field.
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, N+ are an advantage.
